It is my strong belief that we as humans need to have goals to keep us motivated, centered and with a clear direction for our life. Today I help you break down the acronym SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time-bound) to make sure your goals are as effective and powerful as they can be! Success is just a SMART goal away team!
