In this week's episode of the Open for Business podcast we are winding back the clock to the middle of 2014 when I recorded my first ever podcast interview.

We get the background on a small business directed by my business mentor, my boss & my dad!

I recorded this interview while we sat in my car using nothing but a lapel microphone plugged into my iPhone! The idea of this interview was to get the story on the family business to use in our marketing, but I want to share the interview with you to provide some motivation in that anyone... yes, anyone...can start a podcast of their own right now! Plus, Gerard (my old man), shares some great insights into running a successful small business!
