I am your host Anthony Murphy and in today's 'pilot' episode I say g'day and tell you a little about myself and what the show is all about!

We discuss all things small business and the company he built and we both work in full time, Broken River Ingredients. Gerard talks about his past experience with cropping and farming the land which is vital in the success of our business and the Australian food industry in general. He also shares some great insights in running a business and being an employer in a small town.
